Rules for using SayYa lessons, accounts and digital learning rewards.

Who provides the service
SayYa is operated under the name SayYa App. Contact: [email protected]. These terms cover the public website and web learning service. By using the service you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Minors require appropriate guardian involvement; users below the applicable age of digital consent must not register independently.
Learning content and roadmap
SayYa provides language-learning materials, audio playback, practice and progress tools. Learning outcomes depend on individual practice; no proficiency, exam or employment result is guaranteed. Planned languages, themes and mobile apps are not promises of a specific release date. Availability is shown on the relevant product pages.
Permitted use
Use the service for lawful personal learning. Do not redistribute protected materials without permission, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, exploit rewards or access another user’s information. Content remains protected by the rights of SayYa and its licensors. Nothing limits uses permitted by applicable law.
Time and rewards
Learning access time and reward-conversion time are separate balances. Tickets and collectibles are virtual learning rewards with no cash redemption value. Eligibility and conversion rules appear in the app. We may correct erroneous or abusive grants; changes will not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Prices and payments
Prices currently shown are proposed USD plans. This website does not accept payments or create subscriptions. Before paid services open, checkout will show the payable amount, billing period, renewal terms and cancellation method. See the payment policy for further information.
Availability and account closure
We may maintain, update or suspend parts of the service for operational or security reasons. We may restrict accounts that materially violate these terms, with notice where appropriate. Contact [email protected] to request account closure or to question a restriction. Any paid-service consequences must comply with applicable consumer rights.
Responsibility and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or overrides mandatory rights in your place of residence. Contact us to resolve service disputes. Material terms changes will be communicated where required; the updated date appears on this page.
