How SayYa App handles website visits, accounts and learning data.

Scope and contact
SayYa App operates SayYa. This notice covers sayya.app and the SayYa web learning service. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests. SayYa App is the public operating name; this notice does not represent it as an incorporated company.
Information we process
Visiting this website sends technical information such as IP address, requested URL, browser details and request time to our hosting provider for delivery and security. This marketing site adds no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or registration forms. The learning app processes account identifiers, email, verification status, sign-in provider, nickname and avatar; language, timezone and learning preferences; course activity, practice results, study time, balances and collectibles. Support emails contain the information you choose to send.
Why we use it
We use account and learning information to authenticate you, provide lessons, save progress and rewards, and answer support requests. Technical information supports service operation and abuse prevention. Where applicable, processing relies on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in security and support, legal obligations, or consent when required.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare delivers the website and media; Google Firebase provides authentication; Render hosts the application API and MongoDB Atlas stores application data. The current API and database are hosted in Singapore. Provider infrastructure may process information in other countries. Providers receive information needed for their services. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Browser storage and permissions
The learning app uses browser storage for authentication and preferences. Clearing it can sign you out or reset preferences. This public website does not request microphone or camera access. Current lesson audio is playback, not a recording of your voice. New features requiring additional personal data will have relevant notices before collection.
Retention and your choices
Account and progress information is retained while needed to provide your account and service. Request access, correction, export or deletion by emailing [email protected] from your account email. We may verify ownership before acting. Limited records may be retained where required for legal obligations or security; backup copies may remain until replaced under provider backup cycles. Applicable law may also provide rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority.
Children and families
Kids is a planned learning category. It is not a claim that a child-specific account or parental-consent system is currently available. Children below the applicable age of digital consent should not independently register or submit personal information. A parent or guardian should contact us before setting up use for a child. If you believe a child has submitted information without required authorization, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice for material changes where required. Payment and mobile features will receive updated disclosures before launch.
